I have a question, some F16s have conformal fuel tanks ,how much extra range does that give them and , I am assuming those tanks are creating a lot of Drag How much extra range do these tanks provide? Is there still a large benefit in range, or has the amount of drag cut the gains realized? And is that why they still have the wing tanks on instead of weapons? And do those tanks affect performance, sorry for the dumb question .

Nah Lemoine you got it wrong. Those aren't Air Force Hornets. This movie obviously takes place in an alternate timeline where the US Air Force and Navy adopted different aircraft. In the timeline of The Rock the Air Force adopted the Northrop YF-17 Cobra over the F-16. The navy having to be different adopted the F-16N. So in the alternate universe of this movie they didn't make any mistakes.

I exclusively fly the f16, and have a pretty amazing home cockpit, with all the gauges, switches and buttons the real jet has using all sorts of electronics, it’s just so fun , your lucky to have had the chance to fly these

It always amazes me to see fighter pilots with their sleeves rolled up. Flight suits are for burn protection. As an Army pilot, you better not get caught with your sleeves not rolled down and over your gloves. Even your watch had to be on out side of your gloves or sleeves because fire will heat up the watch and direct contact with your skin will burn a hole in you.
